The program is designed to enhance competitive swimming abilities, stroke techniques and personal fitness. Team spirit is encouraged within the club through the occasional organization of social events and encouraged attendance at swim meets.
Our dedicated coaches have an extensive background in competitive swimming and previous coaching experience. The coaches plan and provide workouts, as well as assist with individual swimming needs.
Workouts will range from high-intensity interval training to endurance training. Coaches create workouts that will help meet swimmers’ individual and collective needs. Some swimming ability and knowledge of how to do a swim workout, including pace times, is expected.
The program consists of six optional practices per week, which run from September to August. Practices include structured workouts and feedback from coaches.
