How to register to the Swim Team on Amilia
- You must use your existing Amilia account that was used to register for the evaluations, or used to register for the team last year by going to swimteamcotesaintlucaquatics.com/amilia and clicking on Login.
- If you have multiple Amilia accounts, you have two options. You can “Share” children/profiles between two parent accounts (see this help article) or you can request that we merge your two accounts into one. To merge, contact jhalliday@cotesaintluc.org and specify which email address should remain the primary.
- Scroll down to the CSLA Swim Team category and choose the group you were assigned. You can review the schedule and installment options.
- Click on “Register for session” and select the “+” next to the swimmer who is assigned to this group. Here you can choose if you will be paying their training fees upon checkout, or in installments.
- After selecting your installment type, you will be prompted to add both Club Fees and Volunteer Fees to your cart. Click “Continue”, and you will be brought to the Volunteer Fee page.
- Select all members of your family that you will be registering for the team.
- Add to cart. Amilia only adds the Volunteer Fee to your cart, you must re-add the training fee and club fees to your cart before proceeding.
- If applicable, add other family members registering for Teams (Swim Team, Masters, Triathlon) to your cart before checking out. (The Multi-Family discount only applies if done on the same invoice).
- To check out, select the cart on the top right of your screen, and Checkout.
- Complete all necessary information on the Information page.
- Proceed to payment. You will receive a confirmation of payment by email.
*Throughout the process, you may be prompted to add your birthday and address.
*If you lose access to the Swim Team registration page, return to swimteamcotesaintlucaquatics.com/amilia (This registration page is hidden from the public store)
