Via your online account, you can:
Check your registration
Check your balance
Make a payment (Visa / MC only)
– Click on the Recreation tab
– Click on My Profile
– Open the Pay my bills dropdown
Print off your receipt (for tax purposes)
Failed payment / New Credit Card
The following two easy steps will get you back in our system!
- Update your credit card info:
- At the bottom of the confirmation emails from email@example.com , you will find a link to “Consult your purchase detail”.
- Clicking the link will bring you to a page with a button to “Change payment mode” in which you can update your credit card information.
- CSL employees do not have access to this information.
- Pay the outstanding balance:
- Once your credit card is updated, you must pay the outstanding amount from the failed transaction.
- If you have an online account with us, this amount can be paid from there.
- You can also pay this amount at the front desk of the Aquatics Centre.
- Please note that the balance on your account must be paid before you participate in the next class/training.
